Blaze Estimating LLC provides professional construction cost estimation services, including:

descriptionPlan Quality Requirements

Plans must be readable and clear (legible text, visible dimensions), to scale (or dimensions provided), complete (all relevant sheets included), and current (latest revision). If plans don't meet these standards, we may request clearer files before starting, charge additional fees for interpretation time, or decline the project if plans are inadequate.

You own your project plans and specifications, your project designs, and your project information. We don't claim any rights to your project.

If we make an error in your estimate, our liability is limited to:

We are NOT liable for:

• closeContractor pricing: What contractors actually bid on your project
• closeMarket changes: Material price increases after estimate delivery
• closeDesign errors: Mistakes or omissions in your plans
• closeSite conditions: Unknown conditions not shown in plans
• closeScope changes: Changes to project after estimate completion
• closeThird-party actions: How contractors, suppliers, or others use our estimates
• closeDelays: Construction delays or cost impacts from timeline changes
• closeFinancing: Inability to secure project financing
• closePermits: Permit costs, delays, or denials

calculateMaximum Liability Cap

In any case, our total liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for the specific estimate in question. If you paid $500 for an estimate, our maximum liability is $500.

hourglass_bottomStatute of Limitations

Any claims against Blaze Estimating LLC must be brought within one (1) year of the estimate delivery date. After one year, you waive all claims.

ruleNo Warranty of Final Costs

We warrant that we'll perform our estimating services professionally and competently. We do NOT warrant:

• closeThat contractors will bid at our estimated amounts
• closeThat material prices won't change
• closeThat your design is complete or accurate
• closeThat you'll win bids using our estimates
• closeThat your project will be profitable

psychologyProfessional Judgment

Our estimates involve professional judgment and interpretation. Different estimators may arrive at different numbers. We apply industry-standard methods, but estimating is not an exact science.

trending_upMarket Conditions

Construction markets fluctuate. Pricing can change due to material supply shortages, labor availability, economic conditions, regional demand, seasonal factors, and fuel costs. We reflect current market conditions at the time of the estimate. We can't predict future changes.

If we cancel due to your breach, no refund is provided.

languageWebsite Terms

assignmentEntire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any written quote or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blaze Estimating LLC. No verbal agreements or representations are binding unless in writing.

updateAmendments

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on our website with a "Last updated" date. Continued use of services after changes = acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to active clients.

call_splitSeverability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

redoWaiver

Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. Waiver of one breach doesn't waive subsequent breaches.

swap_horizAssignment

You can't transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We can assign these Terms to a successor company or buyer of our business.

peopleNo Partnership

These Terms don't create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. We're independent contractors.

Provisions that naturally survive termination (payment obligations, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution) remain in effect.
