Every takeoff is completed by a dedicated estimator and then reviewed by a senior estimator before delivery. We check bar counts, splice locations, development lengths, and accessory quantities. For complex projects, we sometimes cross-reference quantities against the structural engineer's calculations when those are available. Conflicting details between drawing sets get caught and flagged to you before we finish.

ACI 318, ACI 315, CRSI (Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute), ASTM A615, ASTM A706, AASHTO, and applicable local building codes for your jurisdiction. Seismic detailing follows ACI 318 Chapter 18 requirements. If your project has a specific standard we haven't mentioned, ask. We've likely worked with it.

Yes. We can work from updated drawing revisions, field redlines, or requests for information to update quantities and produce revised estimates or as-built drawings documentation as needed. Change order scopes are handled the same way as original estimates.

You need to read structural drawings, understand reinforcement theory, and know how to interpret a rebar schedule to do it right.
