If you have a single trade or a smaller residential project, start with the Starter plan. If your project is larger, spans multiple trades, or is commercial or industrial in scope, go with a Custom Quote. If you're a contractor sending us work on a regular basis, the Monthly Plan is almost always the better value. Not sure? Just send your plans and we'll recommend the right fit.
The Starter rate covers qualifying projects, meaning straightforward single-trade scopes and smaller residential work. You get a complete material takeoff, labor hour calculations, current regional pricing, and Excel plus PDF delivery. Same accuracy and detail as every other plan we offer.
Within an hour during business hours. Upload your plans, we'll review the scope, and send you an exact price. No ranges, no "it depends" without an explanation. You'll know the number before anything starts.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. The Monthly Plan runs month to month. If your workload changes, you cancel or adjust whenever you need to. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Free revisions are included across all plans. If the scope changes, send us the updated drawings and we'll revise the estimate. This covers plan revisions during the same project, not new scopes from different projects.
Most projects come back in 24 to 48 hours as standard. If you have a tight bid deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it. Monthly Plan clients get priority turnaround as part of their package.
It's approximate. The $200 flat rate applies to qualifying projects. Some smaller scopes may come in under that, and some that appear simple at first may have more to them once we review the drawings. Either way, you'll know the exact price before we start.
