James leads commercial and multi-trade estimating at Blaze. His background spans large-scale office, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. Known for zero-revision deliverables and an eye for scope gaps other estimators miss.
Jennie handles all MEP scope at Blaze — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Her trade-specific depth is the reason MEP subcontractors trust our takeoffs enough to go straight to bid without double-checking the numbers.
